HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.6077 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned letters dated 01.02.2016 and 17.02.2016 of the 3rd respondent terminating the agreement duly forfeiting the bank guarantees, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. A letter dated 22.08.2016 to that effect is also addressed to the Registrar (Judicial). Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
