Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Md.Saleem, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Gudur Municipality, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

The grievance of the petitioners, in the present Writ Petition, is that, for redressal of their grievance, they submitted a representation on 21.05.2018 to the second respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 21.05.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
