HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.29191 OF 2013 ORDER:
The petitioner prays for the following relief: ...this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue any appropriate writ or an appropriate most probably writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 9 interfering in Civil in nature in respect of the house plots 13 and 14 in Sy.No.79 and 80 of the Bagh Amberpet Vilage situated at Golnaka, Amberpet, Hyderabad is illegally, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violation of the under Article 14 to 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India...." The 3rd respondent filed counter affidavit and the operative portion reads thus:
"It is respectfully submitted that, as stated above, the respondents police have never harassed, threatened and interfered with the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondents 4 to 9 herein with regard to the said land, herein at any point of time".
The stand taken in the counter affidavit is placed on record. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. There shall no order as to costs.
