This criminal petition is filed by accused No.5, under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to grant pre arrest bail in Crime No.26 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narsipatnam Rural Police Station, Visakhapatnam District. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition, with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
