When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader (Home), on the basis of the complaints dated 20-03-2018, 26-04-2018 and 29-08-2018 lodged by the petitioner, the police have registered the Crime No.616 of 2018 on the file of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
