This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not supplying the essential commodities for distribution to the petitioner's Fair Price Shop No.48 of H. Nidamanur village, Naguluppalapadu Mandal, Prakasam District.

When the matter is taken up for admission, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the issue involved in this Writ Petition has already been adjudicated by this Court in W.P.No.21177 of 2015, vide order dated 10.07.2015, and this matter is squarely covered by the said order.

Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 10.07.2015 in W.P.No.21177 of 2015. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
