The grievance of the petitioner in this case was with regard to

the rowdy sheet opened in his name on the file of Rein Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad.

Relying on the written instructions dated 23.07.2015 received from the Inspector of Police, Rein Bazar Police Station, Hyderabad, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home informed this Court that the rowdy sheet opened in the name of the petitioner on the file of the said police station was closed on 31.12.2014 as there was no complaint against him since a long time.

In the light of the afore-stated development, the grievance of the petitioner does not survive for consideration on merits. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
