THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13648 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to relax the condition imposed by order dated 08.04.2015, in Crl.M.P.No.867 of 2015 passed by the VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties, for his release in the event of his arrest.

Heard and perused the records.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is poor person and is unable to procure the surety amount of Rs.50,000/- and as such, prays this Court to relax the said condition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition stated above is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties.
