HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.748 of 2013 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's day to day activities and insisting the petitioner to close down the association. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the association is involved in four criminal cases under A.P. Gaming Act and they are pending trial before the concerned Court. The allegation of interference was denied.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary to be passed in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand closed.
