THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33544 of 2018 ORDER:

The proceedings of the respondent-Corporation vide reference No.IOCO 4413113104102017, dated 29.08.2018, canceling the earlier advertisement for the purpose of LPG Distributorship, are under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Organization that clause 27 of the Brochure on Unified Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors provides for Grievance/Complaint Redressal System and the petitioner herein can avail the same by filing an application before the Grievance Redressal Forum and if the same is filed, the respondents will consider the same and take further action, strictly in accordance with law. It is also submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that till an Order is passed on the application to be filed by the petitioner herein before the said Grievance Redressal Forum, no LOI will be issued.

In view of the above, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to file an appropriate application under the above Clause 27 of the Brochure on Unified Guidelines for Selection of LPG Distributors before the Grievance Redressal Forum, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, for consideration of the respondents herein and for passing appropriate Orders, strictly in accordance with law, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is also made clear that pending consideration of the said application before the Grievance Redressal Forum, the respondents shall not issue LOI in favour of any third party.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No costs.
