2. This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.1 in not taking any action on the representation, dated 12.03.2012, submitted by the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.
3. In the present writ petition, though allegations are leveled against respondent No.2, there is no mention as to the particulars of contract and the fraud stated to have been committed by respondent No.2. Writ affidavit is bereft of giving specific facts. Hence, the writ petition basing on vague allegations cannot be entertained. In view of the same, I do not see any merit in the writ petition.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
