THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12066 OF 2013 ORDER:

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the action of the respondent No.1 in calling him to the police station, without any proceedings, for settlement of civil disputes. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 4 submitted that the respondents 1 & 4 are not interfering in the civil proceedings between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents and that they are not calling him to the police station for settlement of disputes with the respondents 2 and 3, as alleged in the writ petition.

Keeping the above said submission into consideration, this Court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this writ petition.
