HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 7779 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in not considering the petitioner's request to accept the SSC examination fee for the exams scheduled to be held in the month of March, 2017.

The petitioner was given liberty by order dated 7.3.2017, to submit a representation to respondent Nos. 1 & 2, seeking exemption for payment of examination fee.

Since the examinations are over, nothing survives for consideration in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
