THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33579 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 01.10.2018, furnished by the Sub Inspector of Police, T.P.Guduru, SPSR Nellore District, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader.

On noticing the same, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein will submit a fresh complaint to the respondent-police authorities.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner herein to submit a fresh complaint for consideration of the police authorities in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
