HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.37340 OF 2013 ORDER:
Mr.T.Lakshminarayna and Mr. C.Subodh consent to disposing of the writ petition by this order.
The petitioner prays for the following relief: "......this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of 'Writ of Mandamus' declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents 1 to 5 in considering the representation dated 21.10.2013 submitted by the petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice, consequently direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation dated 21.10.2013 of the petitioners and take necessary steps in accordance with law and pass....." The interim prayer is also similar to the main prayer. On 19.12.
2013, the following interim direction was issued: "Without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits on the issue involved in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 herein, to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.10.2013 submitted by the petitioner herein within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order." Mr.Lakshminarayana submits that in view of the order dated 19.12.2013, no further order is necessary in the writ petition. The interim order can be made final order. The respondent does not object to making the interim order as final order in the writ petition.
Hence, the writ petition is disposed of by making the interim order as final order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
