No representation for the revision petitioners. Both the revision petitioners-plaintiffs challenged the order dated 16.4.2013 in I.A. No.458 of 2012, I.A. No.983 of 2012 and I.A. No.357 of 2013 in I.A. No.983 of 2012 in O.S. No.159 of 2011 on the file of II-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad. Case status report would show that the very suit was decreed with costs on 16.3.2018.

In such an event, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
