When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, police registered crime No.852 of 2018 under Sections 498-A of IPC., and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on 24.10.2018. In view of the same, nothing survives in the Writ Petition for adjudication and accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
