THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33581 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Venkateshwarlu, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation. Despite service of notice, taken out by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, there is no appearance on behalf of R.5. The grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is the alleged inaction of the respondent-authorities in not taking action on the representation, dated 14.08.2018, submitted by the petitioner herein against the alleged illegal construction being undertaken by the unofficial respondent herein. During the course of hearing, a request is made by the learned Counsel to direct the official respondents to take appropriate action on the said representation by fixing some time frame.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed/appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notices to all the stakeholders.
Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the official respondents-authorities to verify the representation, dated 14.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass
appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, after giving notices to all the stakeholders. Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
