HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33609 of 2018 ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:
" To declare the action of the respondents in not passing any orders on the representation/ appeal made by the petitioner dated 30.07.2018 to recognize the right of the petitioner and issue pattadar pass boks in the name of the petitioner for an extent of Ac.2-19 Gts of agricultural land in Sy.No. 154/ EE situated in Kondapur Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Old Ranga Reddy District (Now Medchal District) in accordance with Amended Act 12 of 2018 as illegal, arbitrary and opposed to the established principles of law and consequently direct the respondents herein to dispose of the representation/ appeal of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018 by issuing pattadar pass books in favour of the petitioner."

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader submits that the proper authority to deal with the representation of the petitioner is the Tahsildar and not the Revenue Divisional Officer, to whom the representation is made.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file a fresh representation before the Tahsildar.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation to the Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, in which event, the Tahsildar shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, and pass orders thereon, at the earliest.
