HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.786 of 2016 ORDER :

The Criminal Revision Case is filed against the proceedings dated 04.07.2015 in M.C.No.1 of 2015 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer and Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nellore. 2.

Heard both sides at length.

There is nothing to show compliance of Section 116(c) of the Code of Criminal Procedure by assigning any special reasons extending the time beyond six months, within which the enquiry must be completed and the provision is very clear that after six months unless there is extension by assigning reasons, the proceedings shall stand terminated. Hence, the proceedings no way survive to continue.

With the above said observations, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of.
