HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO M.A.C.M.A.No.2328 of 2012 JUDGMENT:

Learned counsel for the appellant addressed letter dated 11.03.2019 to the registry requesting to post the appeal under the caption "for withdrawal". Along with the said letter, letter dated 15.02.2019 addressed by the appellant to him is also enclosed. In the said letter, the appellant requested his counsel to withdraw the appeal. It is also said that the appellant deposited some part of the decreetal amount as per the orders of this Court and is ready to deposit the balance decreetal amount to the credit of MATOP.No.607 of 2008. Therefore, learned counsel requested this Court to permit him to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the said letter and also the representation made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
