When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr. P.V.V. Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the respondent authority removed the petitioner from service vide orders in Rc.No.685/2015/H.R.H., dated 12.09.2015. Therefore, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to challenge the removal orders dated 12.09.2015.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
