THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1928 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 27.07.2015 in W.P.No.8918 of 2015.

2. This Court disposed of W.P.No.8918 of 2010 on 27.07.2015 along with other two Writ Petitions, directing respondents 4 and 5 therein (respondents herein) to look into the record and if it is found that the authorization of the petitioner was in force and valid as on that day, the stock was directed to be supplied.

3. Now a counter-affidavit is filed stating as follows: " It is submitted that in pursuance of the orders of the Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.8918/2015, dt.27.07.2015 and in view of the above representation of the petitioner dt.29.07.2015, a notice vide Rc.No.1308/2015-A, dt.26.08.2015 was issued to the petitioner by the 2nd respondent herein, directing the petitioner to submit original authorization copy for verification of the same as per the orders of the Hon'ble Court. Thereupon, the petitioner submitted his authorizations for supply of kerosene and essential commodities valid upto 31.12.2014 & 31.03.2015, along with challan for renewal of authorization. The contention of the petitioner that inspite of the orders of the Hon'ble Court dt.27.07.2015 in W.P.No.8918/15, the respondents flouted the orders of the Hon'ble Court in supplying the stock to him, is not correct. Since the authorization of the petitioner was not in force and valid as on 27.07.2015, the stocks were not supplied to the petitioner."

4. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs. _______________________________ A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J Date: 27.11.2015 TJMR
