This petition is filed, by the petitioner, seeking for quash of the proceedings against him in Crime No.15 of 2013 on the file of Siddipet I Town Police Station, Medak District. The offence alleged is under Section 498-A and 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the case ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 30.09.2016. 3.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 25.04.2013 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
