When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that since investigation completed and charge sheet has been filed and later the case was split up by assigning C.C.No.540 of 2018 against A.2 to A.5, the cause in the criminal petition does not survive for adjudication and the criminal petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
