THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRI T PETI TI ON NO.27469 of 2016 ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition arises in the context of the measures initiated by the Union Bank of India, the secured creditor, under the provisions of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for brevity, 'the SARFAESI Act'), for recovery of its dues.

While so, it is now represented by the learned counsel appearing on both sides that the loan account which is the subject matter of the proceedings under the SARFAESI Act has been settled. In that view of the matter, the writ petition does not survive for consideration on merits and is accordingly dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
