This petition is filed, by the petitioners, seeking for quash of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.47 of 2011 on the file of the court of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-cumSpecial Court for trial for Video Piracy Cases, Hyderabad. The offence alleged is under Section 498A IPC. 2.

The Public Prosecutor files a Memo stating that the impugned CC ended in acquittal vide judgment, dated 14.09.2015.

Hence, considering the above, this court opines that no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim stay granted by this court on 24.09.2013 in this petition shall stand vacated.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
