Sri Ch.V.Prasad Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, would state that though this civil revision petition was preferred against the order dated 19.10.2016 passed by the Authority under the Payment of Wages Act, 1936-cum-Assistant Commissioner of Labour, Ranga Reddy District, in P.W.I.A.No.4 of 2015 in P.W.No.6 of 2015, the main case, P.W.No.6 of 2015, was itself disposed of on 15.03.2017. Learned counsel would therefore state that the civil revision petition does not survive for consideration on merits at this stage and seeks leave to permit his client to challenge the order passed in the main case. The civil revision petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous with the liberty aforestated. All issues are left open for consideration. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
