It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the subject matter pertains to election to the post of Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency and therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
