This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.S.No.613 of 2012 on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Guntur and transfer the same to the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Guntur to be tried along with I.P.No.21 of 2012. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer civil miscellaneous petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of petition before the appropriate forum. Permission is granted.
