Under these circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall stand closed.
