THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.33681 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material on record. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, despite submitting a representation to the respondent authorities, as long back as on 24.07.2018, no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that the competent authority, to take action on the said representation, is the Deputy Commissioner, GHMC-third respondent herein and that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, in accordance with law.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent to verify the representation, dated 24.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,

after giving notice to all the stakeholders. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
