HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 33575 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not including the name of the petitioner in web-land of ROR in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.3-20 gts., under Survey Nos. 11, 12 and 13 of Aushapur Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, MedchalMalkajgiri district, on her application dated 01.08.2018, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking inclusion of her name in web-land of ROR. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if considerable time is granted, the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5) In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to deal with the application dated 01.08.2018 filed by the petitioner for inclusion of her name in web-land of ROR, and pass orders in accordance with law as early

as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
