It is brought to the notice of this Court that civil litigation is pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents herein with regard to the subject property. In view of the above submission, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, it is open for the petitioner to file necessary application in the pending civil litigation.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
