HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.33576 OF 2018 ORDER :

The only grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent on 30.01.2018 in LTR Case No.1/2017/Tkp, against the order passed by the 3rd respondent on 22.12.2017, is not being disposed of. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare submits that WP.No.5890/2018 is already filed for disposal of the aforesaid appeal.

But, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents in the aforesaid LTR case have filed the said appeal and writ petition.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in LTR Case No.1/2017/Tkp, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
