The present writ petition came to be filed to declare the inaction on the part of the respondent in considering the representation dated 12.4.2018 of the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has not submitted the application seeking to record his name in the revenue records in respect of the lands admeasuring Ac.100.00 situated at Sy.Nos.20,21,118,120,122,132, 134,135,151,152,154,155,156,145,144,147,148,149,164, 165,167,408 and 422 of Ammpuram Road, Khanapuram Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District, in accordance with the procedure prescribed, under law. Hence, I see no grounds to grant the relief as sought for in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner if so advised may submit an application through on line seeking mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject lands, in accordance with the procedure prescribed under law.
