This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.01.04.2013 in I.A.No.192 of 2013 in OP No.114 of 2009 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada, whereby the Court allowed petition filed under Order VII Rule 14 CPC to receive the documents as Exs. A.8 to A.10.

During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 17.10.2016 by the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada. Therefore, the cause shown in the petition does not survive for consideration and it became infructuous. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
