THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.11492 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.3 in PRC No.10 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Shadnagar, Mahabubnagar District.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded.
