HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CONTEMPT CASE No.2040 of 2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act alleging that the respondent has not complied the orders of this Court dated 02.08.2016 in W.P.No.25673 of 2016. 2.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court dated 02.08.2016 in W.P.No.25673 of 2016, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this case.

Learned Advocate General submitted that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court and to that effect he filed a copy of the order passed by the respondent.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the contempt case is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
