HONOURABLE SRIJUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION No.45547 OF 2022 ORDER:(ORAL) This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of respondent No.3 in not registering crime against respondent No.4 on the complaint made by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, and perused the material available on record.

lt is reported by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home that First lnformation Report No.1052 of 2022 was registered on 20.12.2022 with Petbasheerabad Police Station, Cyberabad, for the offences under Sections 448 and 506 of lndian Penal Code, a copy of which is served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.
ln view of the above, the writ petition is closed as no orders are required to be passed.
