.....Respondents WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, the above case through his Advocate Sri M.Pitchaiah, praying the High Court to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of order dt. 27-08-2015 of this Hon'ble Court in WP. No. 21247 of 2015;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court upon perusing the case and the affidavit filed herein, order of the High Court dated: 02-032016 made herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri M.Pitchaiah, Advocate for the Petitioner, made the following Order:

A d a m Saheb, Regional Manager, APSRTC, Ongole, Prakasam District are hereby required to appear in person before the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad on 05-07-2016 at 10. 30 a.m and show cause as to why you shall not be punished or other appropriate order be not passed against you for Contempt of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and the State of Andhra Pradesh.

You shall attend the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad in person on 05-07-2016 at 10. 30 a.m and shall continue to attend the High Court on all days thereafter to which date the case against you stands adjourned and until final orders are passed on the charge against you.
