This Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioner/plaintiff assailing the order, dated 18.04.2013, of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge, Cyberabad at Rajendra Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, passed in I.A.No.628 of 2011 in O.S.No.560 of 2009.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the suit itself was disposed of on 07.05.2015. 3.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
