This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

" .... To issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in considering the petitioner's representation dated, 06.02.2016, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of law and consequently, to direct the respondents to conduct fresh elections in Division No.140 under the Malkajigiri Municipality."

At the hearing, Mr. D.V.Ramana Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.5816 of is are dismissed as infructuous.
