HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.9225 of 2014 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.29 of 2014 of Manthani Police Station, Karimnagar District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294-B and 506 of I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the prosecution agency filed charge sheet after investigation and the petition since filed against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Needless to say the further remedy, if any, is left open to the petitioner.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
