Mr.Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, counsel for petitioner, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the suspension order passed by respondent No.3-Revenue Divisional Officer, Peddapuram, East Godavari District before the Appellate Authority.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn by grating the liberty as prayed for.
