HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5065 of 2016 ORDER:

Sri Aka Venkata Ramana, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents-University raised an objection with regard to maintainability of the Writ Petition. However, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach competent Court of law to enforce civil rights. Since the petitioner is seeking permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, there is no need to go into the issue with regard to maintainability of the Writ Petition.

Liberty as sought for is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in

the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
