Heard both sides.

The petitioners/A1 to A4 are directed to appear before the XII Special Magistrate at Erramanzil, Hyderabad, on or before 20.02.2015 and seek for recall of NBWs., issued against them as per the docket order dated 28.05.2014 and on such petition, the trial Court shall recall the NBWs. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
