THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.2184 OF 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Section 115 C.P.C. challenging the order dated 24.03.2016 in E.A.No.24 of 2016 E.P.No.47 of 2011 in O.S.No.99 of 2009 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kovur dismissing the application filed to stay further proceedings in E.P.No.47 of 2011 in O.S.No.99 of 2009, till disposal of the petition pending for setting aside the exparte order.

This Court already allowed C.R.P.No.2185 of 2016 filed against the order dated 24.03.2016 in E.A.No.25 of 2016 for condonation of delay, it is sufficient to stay further proceedings in E.P. for a period of four months.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is allowed setting aside the order dated 24.03.2016 in E.A.No.24 of 2016 E.P.No.47 of 2011 in O.S.No.99 of 2009 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kovur and stayed further proceedings in execution petition, if any application is filed, for a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
