This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'Cr.P.C') is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.643 of 2014 on the file of P.S. Miyapur, Cyberabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 IPC. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet and it was taken cognizance by the Hon'ble IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad and numbered as C.C.No.429 of 2016 and hence, the instant petition, which is filed for quashment of the Proceedings in Crime No.643 of 2014,, has became infructuous and prayed to dismiss the petition.

In view of the submission of both the counsel, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, in this case, shall stand closed.
