HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE CHILLAKUR SUMALATHA CRIMINAL PETITION No.9909 of 2018 ORDER:

Seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioner in S.C.No.467 of 2016, on the file of the Court of VII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

No representation on petitioner's side on call. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on written instructions, submits that the Sessions Case ended in acquittal and thus, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

4.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
